Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uptimenine operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
